Plant Description:

- These are trailing hybrids of the old vinca varieties.
- They bear masses of large flowers.
- They have been bred for hanging baskets and pots.
- There is a very big color range available.
- They low water tolerance makes it extremely difficult to grow these plants in the monsoon. In fact they are best grown from November to June.
- They do grow in other months but the rain gets to them.

Growing tips:

- Full sun is required for best performance.
- Plants do not like too much water.
- Excess water causes wilt and damage to plants due to the attack of arial phytopthora.
- Do not plant into a very big pot.
- Plants do not take the cold very well.
- Usually are treated as annuals.
